I was considering investing in a new pull up bar as pronated pull ups cause me elbow pain. A bit of searching online and I found the Swissies which mean I can use neutral grip on my bar for a reasonable price. They arrived in around a week and are great quality. I highly recommend these to anyone who has shoulder or joint issues when doing pull ups.

I gave these a shot while deadlifting. I was having trouble with forearm fatigue before lower body fatigue and temporarily stopped doing them. The Swissies do a great job of addressing that issue as grip isn’t really an issue when using them. Great product!

I don’t really see the benefit in them having used them several times now. There’s enough equipment in the gym that mimics them and they just add weight to my bag. Additionally the first time I used them to deadlift they slipped on the bar and I pulled a muscle.

I had an idea of what to expect going in but the more I use them the more ways I found to add variation to my workouts. Whatever plastic these are made of is strong and resilient, handles feel good in the hand even when their sweaty. These plus 2 resistance bands have been my go to for travel and nightshifts

Transformed the bar deadlift into a hex bar type deadlift which allows me to have better form. Definitely feeling my lats are more engaged during the pull down exercise too. Great product that allows you to hit different angles for your training.

They got shipped to my old address and were not forwarded. I asked Kensui and they said I provided the old address. So I ordered some knock offs from Amazon and am pretty happy with those. This is my second and third order from Kensui, I love my weight vest. I won't be ordering anything from them again. Not their fault, but they didn't seem to care. I was hoping they'd get returned to sender and I could get them resent.
