It's so loud, and the idea that it only takes 20 mins to make ice cream isn't true. It can take up to 45mins, not counting having to freeze the cups for 8 - 12 hours beforehand. The results are more of a mushy soft serve than store bought ice cream which isn't the worse but it's really not great.
