Normally I would give Built bars a 5 star review but after contacting them regarding the sticky mess I recently have received I am disappointed. They tell us to refrigerate package upon arrival due to summer temps. However, after following their instructions the bars are flat misshapen & stick to the wrapper. They are shipping them directly from the facility so I reached out to them rather than TikTok and they said I should reach out here and they were able to no help! I suggested they ship bars on ice & they said they found that in the summer that doesn’t help. Disappointing customer service

These are my favorite Built bars. I wish they could be packaged differently to deal with the summer heat. Most of them are smashed down, misshapened and stuck to the wrappers. I do refrigerated them as soon as I receive them. I stock up on them when they are free shipping and never run out.
