I order 6 months worth of protein powder at a time. I was disappointed to discover that my most recent bulk order did not have the same taste I’ve been accustomed to over the years. I compared the ingredients from my new bags with my old bag and there’s definitely been a recipe change. Wish I had known this before I ordered another 6 months worth of powder.

This flavor tastes like chalky vitamins who wish they were brownies. My favorite flavors are cotton candy or plain vanilla.Thank you for your feedback! Honestly, this flavor tastes a bit like dirt on its own. Maybe it’s better mixed in a shake, but a protein powder should be able to be mixed with water and stand alone if it’s good enough. Really disappointed, but glad I only bought the sampler….

I cannot stomach the taste. I requested a refund and was told refunds are not available for opened products because of health safety concerns. That is understandable. Except, I bought the individual pre-packaged shakes. All of the packages are sealed and unopened, except for the packet I tried. I was still refused a refund... even though there are no health safety concerns because none of the packets are opened...
