These are my new go-to breakfast! Thanks to these, I think I have finally perfected overnight oats. I mix up 1 serving with half a scoop of whey protein and about 1/3 cup milk. The result is a breakfast that has over 27 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber, and is under 350 calories. AND it’s delicious!

I eas this every morning; I alternate between this and the Wild Berry. I needed a protein oatmean and found this tasted the best and ingredients were simple and to my liking. I top it off with a lot of fresh berries and toasted pecans (my fav. nut). This keeps me going until lunchtime. Yum!
