Your product is good but the delivery sucks. One ice pack for delivery to an area that is 100 degrees is not enough especially when ups doesn’t deliver for 4 days. This is the second delivery where the product is totally melted almost not edible so melted. The ice pack in the cooler registers so high it’s like it’s in an oven.
