Fluff every branch and work section by section for the best shape (took me by myself around 1 hour). The remote has multiple light modes and adjustable speed and brightness. It only white warm white lighting, no colored lights. The stand is sturdy metal. The tree topper was a little heavy for the top branch, but I made it more sturdy by folding the branch down in half.
