The lemme burn didn’t work for me, I don’t feel a difference (even on an empty stomach). The lemme curb did work for me but I take it around 4 pm so that way I don’t eat for the rest of the day (and that’s on an empty stomach because I’m fasting dinners). Doesn’t work with full tummy.
