The worst customer service. Not only did my items come damaged. I now I have tossed 6 lip products after being told to start a return and then told to toss and then later recieve a notification to not discard. Mind you this all happened after customer service told me to start a return to solve my issue. Honestly will never buy again.

The crème brûlée shimmer is now my favorite #1 top product to care for my lips. I am 44 years old and I feel like I’ve tried every product that exists and this has blown me away. I struggle with constant dry lips and I need to constantly apply a lip product, and this tastes good, feels good, works amazingly, and the container does not leak. It’s truly perfect! I hope they don’t get discontinued, I will be devastated! I like the crème brûlée shimmer better than I like any of the regular ones!

I love the original pout preserve peptide lip glosses, especially the darker two! I was very excited to try these glimmer glosses, but was very disappointed with how ridiculously shiny they are and the terrible colors they come in. They all look so fake and you can tell im wearing something on my lips instead of the more natural look of the originals.
