I got these for a baby shower gift for a best friend, so I have not opened them. I am also pregnant and have them on my registry. I have the Mama Natural Pregnancy Affirmation Cards, and am loving them: the pictures are beautiful and inspiring, and the messages on the back truly fill me with hope, positivity and strength! Momma of four going on five here. I really enjoy the pregnancy affirmation cards and when I saw these, especially the "I am fulfilling a high calling" card, I got myself a mother's day present! They are such positive reminders for those with kids of any ages. I keep the fulfilling a higher calling card propped up on a counter in my kitchen as a constant reminder of my blessed role as a mother, and have the rest on my nightstand to go through and read whichever ones jump out to me or whenever I need a little pick me up or refocus. The cards display uplifting reminders of your attitude/mindset towards yourself, your kids AND your husband, which is so important!! They have been a wonderful way to keep me centered on what really important, which can be easy to loose track of sometimes. I saw these Postpartum Affirmation Cards in the Mama Natural email newsletter and I knew I had to have them. I am six months postpartum as a new mom and had a very difficult breastfeeding journey that really affected me. Reading through these affirmation cards and the wonderfully written messages really make a difference for a new mom like myself in getting in the right mental space to enjoy this sacred time in our life with our precious baby and really appreciate what our bodies have done, even if it was not the journey we had hoped for. I loved them so much when I saw them that I knew I had to get them for a few of my new mom friends, who I know will also appreciate them so much. Post partum is HARD and I think we forget how amazing we are and what our bodies just went through, so it's easy to get down on ourselves. These cards are beautiful and are a great reminder for self love.
