I love my Katie Van Slyke ring, I actually love all of groovelife rings , I ordered a few because of the original no BS warranty but it kinda has changed.. My husband and I work in a factory with oil and solvent and we have found that the rings shrink over a few months of wearing them, I also have found that the stackable rings stretch after a few months of wearing them, I have used the warranty a few times and was happy to get credit and get another ring off the same style and NO shipping fee, then you charged a small shipping fee, I just used the warranty again and I asked to have both my husbands and mine replaced together to save me on shipping and it was a little chaotic but we got it taken care of , I’m wondering if it can be a better process of multiple rings.
