My pressure washer started leaking and when I checked it to see if it had vibrated it self loose the wand fell off in my hand like it had been previously broken and glued back in place!!! Instead of the seller having integrity & replacing it, they said “sorry your return window is closed.”

I was super excited to get this, it looks like an awesome product!! But, instructions suck! The YouTube video for this just shows someone washing car, not how to assemble! Does not come assembled and it’s impossible to get the tube on the pieces. What goes where? I’m returning, I’m so disappointed!

Not very impressed the way it shoots water on the add it does not come out like that its alot less and the soap does not foam the way it's shown but I don't have a water hose on my home so this was a good find but it takes 2 fill ups of 5 gallon bucket to do whole car but I'm satisfied

Item is crap. Used it for first time today and when I went to attach the metal extension, it broke. Never got to use it with water. Didn't over tighten it. Just broke. As I bought it over winter yo use during summer, too late to get money back. It also doesn't attach to a hose but there is an attachment to place in a bucket of water.

I purchased this item for a gift and and the person I gave this to stated it was used. They tried to put on stated is missing a part and just tried to turn on the motor to start water came out of it. It's embarrassing. I can't even return it It's passed 30 days as well. They stated wasn't wrapped just thrown in the box. I don't recommend this item.

Very nice and easy to use. You can even find a video on YouTube if you scan the QR code in the instructions booklet. I sincerely think it’s more of a car wash machine than a pressure washer. It does have pressure but not enough to lift stains on concrete. You really have to be so close to the stain
