Missing pieces. Asked if I could get the missing pieces but the only option is to return it. Wait on a refund and re buy it. Just want the missing parts shipped to me. Terrible customer service. Everything is here except the nuts to connect the rods and the wrenches.

Good quality, though it does feel a little flimsy, you'll be surprised. It works quite well. Only thing I would suggest is I do add extra airbags. I paid like $30 a piece for 300 pound bags. It's not too big, but they slide in a little better to help if you have more than one bag to do the job
