2nd. Finally opened it because I needed to print something today. Got it all set up & my box is missing my letter paper very sad so I don’t know if it works the way I was hoping it would work going to try to reach out to them and hopefully they can replace my missing item I only received 5 small rolls. We will see how customer service is be back again later. :( 1st.Just got this last night. I’m gonna read the instructions. See if I can figure it out. I only have three stars on there because I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks beautiful so wish me luck. I’ll be back to change my review.

Cute and pink printer came right on time to print out documents it already come with roll paper that'd inside the printer. The green light fully charge indicates power on if the light in red need to be charge.Works well would recommend to anyone who interested. I used it for the first time and it ran 5 sheets through and turn orange and won't print anymore. I called customer service and followed instructions and still does not work! I would love to send this back for a replacement.
