I love it mini vibrating plate. It became a routine for me. Something that relaxes calming helps you tone your body relaxes you and I get up in the morning and I get on with my coffee. Works well and is pretty sturdy. I like that it folds up. It would be nice if it had a strap to help hold it together when stored/moved.

This is a simple light weight machine. Perfect for me at work while I’m at my desk. Quiet I have only done 40 steps to try this out. By summer my calves will be popping lol

My only critique about this is the foam rollers do kind of hurt my back when I'm doing the sit-ups.. however my back has been in pain for many years before I've even gotten this gadget so could just be me lol I use this daily!
