It’s one of the ok primers out there. But for some reason it turns flaky with some products. If it didn’t do that I’d give it a 4. It’s also pretty thick and doesn’t absorb at all. It can make the makeup hard to stick to the skin. It’s like foundation wipes right off if I use a beauty blender.
