This arrived severely damaged. The chlorine packages are also damaged inside the box as it is leaking chlorine out of the box. I don't know how many are damaged as it has a lot chlorine all over inside and leaking out. I cant get a refund unless I send it back. It is too damaged to send back

Package came very damaged with all of the packs stuck together and covered in some sticky when I touch the packages. The residue comes off on my hands. I’m not even sure if the product works correctly or if I’ll be able to use it with how poorly it showed up.

We just opened the product (took factory seal off) as we finally got all of the parts to open our pool and there is water inside the container. The product is useless to us now. I recommend opening the container as soon as you get it even if you aren’t ready to use it before it’s too late to contact the seller.

Well We had to add Muriatic acid to it. I wasn’t happy, we kept adding 6. We were under the impression that it would turn once we threw this in there and by throwing it in there, I mean, putting it in water and stiring it up a while. Like was told to do. It’s still milky. I’m still waiting…
