Priced well. Quality chips… but the most outstanding part of the purchase was the Customer Service. Responsive, professional and customer focused. Resolved a manufacturing issue without delay. Pleasure doing business with a company that makes its product in America AND stands behind it. Probably won’t ever need another poker set… but will recommend this product and manufacturer without reservation. Certainly will buy other products from them in the future. Excellent experience with over and above customer service.

The chips are nice clay heavy quality. The inside portion of the case is not made from thin, felt-covered plastic that is not designed to hold such heavy chips and arrived cracked.
