No cancellations once the chase is hit! Stack Showdown restarts after each chase. Please only join if you understand the chances.  If your name is called and you’re not in the stream, no worries — your packs stay locked in, and you’ll be moved to the end of the queue!

if you are not present for the whole stream your order will be shipped sealed and marked as “non-active”

Refunds will only be accepted for sealed products. Any products that have been ripped open or opened live, even if originally sealed, will not be eligible for return.
