I was hesitant about buying this robe… because the smaller wrap style is VERY stretchy and hangs slightly heavy on the shoulders/back of your neck. BUT I have ZERO REGRETS about purchasing the full robe version! It is a little on the heavier side and it does stretch and hang uniquely due to the fabric/weight of the fabric. It’s a soft, warm, stretchy, wrap around you hug. It’s perfect for those in-between-temperature days where it’s not Sherpa robe cold, but not quite warm enough to just lounge in your pajamas.

The robe is large and oversized, and comfy. The sleep mask is really really small, and just stays shriveled in the hood, and the stitching is not good at all, as it was unraveling within a week. Material is nice, wasn’t put together with any kind of quality. Way too overpriced.

It’s way way too big. I wanted it for taking my dog out very early in the morning, but I can’t use it. It drags on the ground and trips me. I am 90 years old and can’t take a chance on falling. I am a quilter and will try to remake it. I tried taking a tuck above the waist but that didn’t help. I guess I will have to cut it apart and remake it. I can’t return it because I tried altering it. I love the hood and the warmth. I thought I could make it work. It’s a challenge because the fabric is so heavy It barely goes through my sewing machine , the downside of the warm comfy fabric. It’s frustrating. I hope I can make it work before next winter when I really need it. If I had realized how long it was and how low the pockets and belt loops are I would never have bought it. It’s a wonderful idea that just doesn’t work for me.

OMGoodness is probably the best I can describe how soft and cozy this thing is. It’s super long, which I like, AND I just realized there are holes for my thumbs. Not that I needed it but when I noticed, it all made sense to want them more!! I’m so happy about this purchase that I will consider other products. My only issue which is minor based on all the good things is the pockets are lower than expected so I can’t rest my hands in them but that doesn’t matter. I am in love already!

It's so comfortable! Feels like a blanket even has a little weight to it. I should have ordered a medium. It's a little big but I'm tall so I didn't want it to be short in the length. Overall, it's perfection.

I bought this robe for my wifes birthday. Shortly after we got it we noticed there was a design flaw where there was no cloth hook in the robe so you can hang it after use. The only way to hang it is using a hanger or you have to drape it over the door which prevents you from shutting the door. I reached out to Big Blankets customer support, they agreed that was an issue and they were going to add a hook to hang it and send it to us. That was 6 months ago and it never happened. They told me no need to return the robe since they were going to send one. Since they never sent a robe I followed up about returning the original and they advised I cant since it has been more than 100 days. The reason I didnt retun it day one was at their request. Customer service started off great, and has turned into them taking advantage of their customer.
