Ordered these pillows to see what the hype was about… and honestly, I’m disappointed. They arrived with pulled threads and a really strong odor. Starting to think I bought from a knock-off seller. Paid $63 and definitely would’ve been better off just going to Walmart! DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!

The pillows are comfortable and firm fitting for around your neck, so far, I’m slept really good on them. My only thought is they should make both sides smooth so you don’t feel the pleats through the pillow casing, but I just flip mine to the other side and it’s great! I would buy them again! Ordered 2 pillows. They arrive compressed in plastic but once you open they expand. They are soft and the Hilton brand. They do not disappoint to give you that soft hotel feel when you sleep. No stiff neck issues after sleeping. Depending on your preference you may want to sleep with one or both.
