I have noticed I am more energetic during the day. I have less joint pain and muscle pain. I have less brain fog and my skin is amazing! I am disappointed I haven’t gotten my second bottle yet, but it happens. My fine lines around my mouth and forehead look less deep. I feel that the longer I am on this the better.
