It was not installed on the bracelet correctly. My granddaughter built her own bracelet and wanted to add the charm also. It did not lay correctly and I brought it up to her salesperson in the store that did it. She said it was fine. She was not very helpful at all! She just stood at the desk. We had never done this before and had to keep asking her questions. Not friendly! I don’t recommend or go back.

I made an adorable blue bracelet for my dog, Bennie Blue. He is 8.5 years old and so cherished by me. He loves when I hold his paw, so I added the paw charm. It is so special to me. 1 week after I made his bracelet, Bennie unexpectedly passed away from an undetected cancer.
