Excellent product. Very natural looking and defiant hides the grays. Only downside is it rarely lasts more than a week even if I use sulfate-free shampoo.

Been using partial coverage for 3 yrs, great product but like everything else price always goes up.. some companies raise prices some don’t and still survive.. haven’t found and alternative yet but I’m sure there be one ..

I love the colour and ease of use but still my gripe is when you start a new tube and end a tube you get varying results,let me explain. At the beginning of a new tube only white cream is dispensed, no colour? At 3/4 of a tube you get only colour and no white cream? Because of this, half a tube is wasted with zero effect in colouring. I have spoken to customer services regarding this, I am also a subscriber. Because of the wasted product it makes this a very expensive option even before factoring delivery to the UK.

Ever since my first order back in December of 2022 I’ve loved your products. Always ordering the brown/black for a few years with fantastic results (color and longevity) I then switched to the partial coverage which was also fantastic on first and second order. Then on the 3rd order color wouldn’t stay and the areas it did faded in a few days.do I tossed it and ordered another still same deal. I ordered the partial a 3rd time with the same results. For. Some reason I still had some left over from the original partial coverage. I tried it a it worked perfectly. Perhaps I had a few bad batches??? Is that possible?? Will I order again YES because they are a great company with a great product helping us guys feel a litter younger. So for now I’ll be switching back to full coverage.

I used Touch of Gray exactly as instructed, expecting a natural salt-and-pepper look. Instead, my hair turned completely jet black — nothing like the picture on the box. When I contacted support, they suggested a fading shampoo, which made my hair copper, and last time it even went purple. I left the color for the recommended 25 minutes, and the result was still pitch black. After growing my beard for over a year, this product completely ruined the tone I wanted. The refund offered doesn’t make up for it. This is false advertising, and the product should be reformulated or pulled from shelves.

I purchased your product many times. I always purchased light brown (LB). The last time I ordered, the color option changed. The option is now light colors. You have changed the color options. The quality of the product is not the same. I do not like. When I put the product on my beard, the color looks good. But when I shower, the color turns to grey again. Your product changed. It does NOT work good like the product I purchased from you before.
