Super creamy taste, high protein, high iron, particularly in someone trying to deal with a year and a half of colitis all your bars. I only eat small pieces at a time because of the high fiber which is normally a wonderful thing, but when you have active colitis you have to be careful, but there’s still wonderful because even at 4th to 1/8 of a bar has some protein so I can do a little bit at a time during the day Get extra decent protein that’s really reasonable on my stomach. I’m not postoperative and I am waiting my two weeks so that I can start fiber again just so I can have these because I love them . I’ve had them before- the only downside is younonly send 6, and they’re expensive, but this time your discount applied to special edition bars! Pix is me post op, a little peaked, but doing isometric s, waiting to start barre with weights and the elliptical again ( to hot to exercise outside in south Texas right now!)

If you want a protein bar with flavor that gives you protein without upsetting your tummy, this is THE bar! It's delicious and I don't feel like I'm chewing protein powder. I'm about to order more!

I didn't realize this bar had additional salt pieces sprinkled on top of it. I don't enjoy the flavor with the additional salt on it.

I wish this came in bigger quantities or was lower cost because (of course) they are my favorite! Delicious and filling. They do not hurt my stomach. I enjoy the texture. I hope these become permanent. The box did not travel well along with the drinks, but the bars were fine.

The Pa’akai Bars of my favorite. They are the perfect blend of sweet and salty. They taste great. My only critique is that some of the bars have just the right amount of salt and others have barely any. I think that is something that happens in production. They are good both ways.

I hadn’t tried these due to them being more expensive and not being particularly wild about the ingredients. I added them to an order on a whim and let me just say these taste amazing. So sad I only have 6, or I did. I love Aloha bars and these just kick it up a notch. The flavors are very complex and the bar really satisfies. I have one in the morning and I have enough energy until lunch, and I spend much on the day reminiscing on how great the Pa’akai bar tasted.
