Hat arrived in a cardboard box smaller than the hat. Consequently, the hat brim and crown were all smooshed and distorted. I have straightened it as good as I can but the hat still looks a little wonky.

Hats is nice, but not for me. I called once to see about a return/possible trade in. I need a more functional hat. It seems did not read carefully enough to realize the beautiful hats is dress up. Would you consider a trade for one more functional in diverse weather? Thanks.

I am a bit disappointed in the that the front of the hat does not dip down a little as it appears in the product's picture. My hat is flat across the front, not as pictured in the ads. It fits well, and it is very stiff, making it somewhat difficult to reshape to get the hat that I see in the picture.

Would have been a better experience if the hat wasn't marred with some kind of makeup or other stain. Also, the rivet where the strap comes through the brim was separated. I had to use some Elmers glue to put it back together. Otherwise, it is a nice hat.
