Got this hoping for the light fresh cleanser advertised, instead of the nice light color the actual product is extremely dirty muddy looking. Almost gross to use! As for the smell, it’s much more intense than described and feels a bit stale smelling. The whole product feels kinda icky. Unfortunate for osea whose products always are 10/10, this one definitley not! Unfortunate loss because the advertisement shows some nice face wash, actual product is not so much.

If I would know that the old formula would change, I would order 20 bottles so it would last me for the rest of my life. And now I know the formula supposed to be clean and pure. However, it’s not the same as it used to be,and why is that the product people really really love becomes something that you have to find reasons to love. It seems that this new cleanser is doing its work , bye, for some reason it has this stingy feel, however, I’m OK about the smell itself, something citrusy makes me feel fresh. But this product will never be like the old new formula that I used to adore, unless OSEA will reverse the formula.
