For starters this show is a show stopper. You have to be confident to wear this shoe. It wears well, it’s comfortable, obviously stylish, and it’s one of the best shoes that Marc has put out. I wear a size 11 1/2 but a size 11 fits me perfectly.

As with all of Marc Nolan’s Sneakers, the designs and quality portray a level of high standards. There are no limits as to how and where the brilliant gold speakers may be worn. I wish I did not have to purchase either a pair of sneakers that is too large or too small due to not having half sizes available. I have purchased many sneakers from this brand, unfortunately, depending on the style, I have to go through a shoe stretching process to achieve the desired comfort level.

Let me preface my disappointment by saying Ive been a fan of Nolan shoes for over a decade. These were a big miss for me though . They arent gold for one. They were very golden rod yellow and very unlike the color online. Not glistening gold. The only shine came from the patent. Another thing was the yellow ribbon on the back spine of the shoe was not only a big color miss but also awfully applied to the shoe with black string showing through from the other side. I am grateful that this company takes a lot of risks with color and structure, but unfortunately this was their first miss for me. And as a former Creative Director for a high end shoe line, i’d say that is still a pretty great track record.
