Really love this product! I feel much more energetic when I take this!! It does take an adjustment in digestion for the first few days, because all of these good greens can be initially cleansing to the gut microbiome, but also beneficial for it too! It dissolves really nicely in water, and even though I enjoy the apple flavor I’d love to see it in a berry flavor so I can add it to my morning smoothies! Maybe this already exists?! I love your protein powders too! I’m on my second jar of vanilla and I love the peanut butter chocolate flavor one too! Tastes like a milk shake, but it’s SO good for you! Many thanks KOS! I must preface this by saying that, because this is literally powdered vegetables, it naturally will not be the most amazing thing you’ve ever tasted lol. That being said, I’ve tried numerous greens powders and been disappointed at the least with each one, so I was hesitant to try this one. I am so glad I took the leap. This is by FAR the best greens powder I’ve ever had, both in taste , overall palatability & texture. I actually enjoy my glass of greens rather than try to force it down without gagging. I do recommend using a frothier to make it smooth and having it over ice.

I felt sick immediately after taking these greens. I believe it’s because of the wheatgrass, which is not something I’m used to taking. I like a lot of other KOS products I’ve tried but this one is not for me.

I was blown away by how good these greens were at first. I was so excited that they mixed so well and the flavor was amazing. About 5 minutes after I drank them though, I started getting nauseous. I'm pretty sensitive to zinc when I consume it on an empty stomach so I'm sure that's what caused it, but there isn't any listing of zinc in the nutrition facts, so I wasn't prepared. If you're sensitive to zinc, don't drink these on an empty stomach!!

This is the first greens mix I've ever had that actually tastes good without a bunch of added sugar. 10/10 would recommend if you want more greens without the extra nonsense.

I love the addition of the green apple flavor and this is a great way to get your nutritious greens. I can really appreciate the quality ingredients used in this one. The only thing I want to change about this is the grainy texture. Unlike other KOS flavors, this one seems to stay a little grainy even when shaken in my shaker cup, but it’s not a big problem and certainly not a deal breaker!

I do feel the benefits; I have more energy and feel less bloated overall when I start my day off with the greens. However, the taste isn't a great as expected as it to be, but it's not bad, just not as good as advertised or I thought. Other than that it's great

I've been mixing a scoop of this with a scoop of the beet root powder and 12oz of water. Both of those powders are hard for me to drink on their own, the greens powder is a bit too sweet and the beet root powder is a bit too Beety. But mixing them together balances each out and tastes great to me! Love the energy the two give me and my skin is improving. Less bloating. Feels great to be adding more greens to my diet!

I love the ability to add this to my smoothies and get in my greens. I wish it was more neutral flavor because it doesn't work with certain protein flavors I use. I bet it would be great with just water..
