•1 cup fresh orange juice
•Zest of 1–2 oranges

Instructions
1.Combine Ingredients:
Mix cranberries, coconut sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and optional spices in a small saucepan.
2.Cook Gently:
•Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
•Reduce to a simmer for 10–15 minutes, until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency.
3.Cool:
Let it cool to room temperature — it will thicken further as it cools.
