I’ve been taking the ACV pills to help with gut health and to help lower cholesterol. So far my gut health has improved! Less constipation and bloating. My energy has increased, especially in the morning (I take at night). I have not had my cholesterol checked yet so I’m unsure if it is helping. I would recommend!!

Tablet is small enough to comfortably swallow and is a lot easier to take then adding apple cider vinegar to my water. I feel it does help with my bloating a bit. This was my first time using the vinegar tablet and I am definitely ordering another bottle
