I haven’t really noticed a difference, but also I didn’t really have symptoms. I had testing done by a functional medicine doctor after I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Tests showed my microbiome was all messed up and one recommendation from the doctor was to take a probiotic. I haven’t really noticed any changes but I’m also taking it for long term management of my MS, not any particular symptoms I’m having right now. I may be more gassy than normal. Maybe my system is still adjusting. I have only been taking these for a couple of weeks.
