I purchased the Open Earbuds in March of 2025, I have really enjoyed these earbuds, but it’s only November and they aren’t working anymore, and they won’t take a charge. I’m disappointed because I was hoping they would last much longer than 8 months. Is there a warranty? Please advise how you can help me. Thank you. Mona L Hadcock

These ear buds are really nice. Normal headsets and ear buds over stimulate me because they either cover my ears and put pressure on my earrings or jam into my ears but these don’t. They stay comfortable around my ears. My only complaint is that the battery life doesn’t last more than 5-6 hours.

The sound has good quality but I just wish it was louder. I work in a loud environment (blow dryers and nail dust collectors are always going around me), so it makes it hard to hear the head phones some times even with the all the way up volume up. They actually fit very comfortable around the ear, even with my glasses and a mask on, No pain around the ear. I don’t know if my ears are just on the smaller side, but the earpiece (the part covers your ear with the speaker) is a little too big for my ears. I would almost like it if they could make it slightly smaller. And if making it smaller would then improve being able to hear it better In louder environments because it will settle next to my ear better. I also noticed that the hearing piece doesn’t work very well when you use FaceTime. As soon as I accept a FaceTime call it makes it extremely hard to be able to hear the person on the phone. I have to put them on speaker.

I am so excited and pleased that I am able to listen to all I need to listen to without any problems. The sound is great especially for the music. The phone call has not happened as of yet BUT THE MUSIC is amazing and clear.

I have been so pleased with my Raycon’s that I bought her open earbuds to replace her in-ear buds. The battery life is phenomenal.

Awesome I wore these for over 4 hours while I was outside Golfing and they did not move or hurt me once. I didn’t even realize I had them on for the most part definitely the best headphones I’ve bought!
