Bigger than expected but still my favorite item wish I could’ve gotten the right size

Had been looking for a set of these to tie out to my wife’s onyx pendant. Stumbled across your website and have been very pleased with your service and product — and especially with her response. She’s very picky with jewelry. You all delivered and made her 50th birthday memorable. Would like to see a better back to the earring. The small size is not super secure.

I wanted some studs to wear every day. I had a cheap pair that looked like this from hot topic before; the gold color wore off and started to look terrible, so I started looking for something that looked similar but was made with some real gold. So far, I’ve been wearing these King Ice studs day and night for the last month and they are great. Well worth the price so far. Only thing is the back-piece that goes through your ear (why am I blanking on what that is called?) isn’t very strong, kind of malleable. I suppose gold is a very malleable metal though, so I suspect it to still hold up for awhile.

I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas as well as a clear pair. She loved them and wants them all now 🤦‍♀️ the sale price of $20 can’t be beat. There are a couple of chains with crosses that I will be purchasing next as I’m very impressed with the quality of there jewelry. You won’t be disappointed.

The earrings are stunning! Do not get me wrong. You will get EXACTLY what you see. However, that doesn't count as much when the backs constantly fall out. I am a person who does not loose earrings at all, and I wear my earrings for EVERYTHING. The backs on these earrings fall out an insane amount of times. Whats the point of beautiful earrings if they always fall out.

customer service is the best i’ve ever experienced and i’ve dealt with a lot/been in customer service myself, and even my coworkers weren’t this great! the first size i got him was way too big for his liking and returning it was super easy. i swapped the 8mm for the 5mm and it was perfect. they’re his favorite pair now and the gold goes so nicely.
