The quality of frames and lenses is far beyond expectations. I’ve been looking for a fashion lense different from all my sport style glasses. This fits the mark perfectly.

I have to start off by saying that I've been a long time purchaser of Quay sunglasses, that many in my circle knows me for...it's "My Signature Look" these sunglasses not so much. They felt and wore like a pair of sunglasses from the drug store. They have no weight and feel horrible on. I have over 20 pairs of Quays and this is my FIRST pair that I was appalled by how cheaply made they are. These are horrible. I wouldn't even give them away....also WHY did you guys stop putting the signature off on the lens?!

Love the style of the glasses but the pair I was sent were so warped and crooked. I started an exchange because they wouldn't send new ones until they recieved the glasses, which you have to print the return label, they don't give QR codes for returns so not very user friendly. I got the replacement pair a week or two later and they are also crooked. When resting on a flat surface, one of the arms sticks up a few cm higher. I'm not exchanging them again because the process was annoying.

Love the fit and color. I did have to resend the first pair as I believe I got someone else return and they were so stretched out. I just got the new pair today and they fit me. Can’t wait to wear them on my cruise !

I’ve purchased these twice because I had the same issue with the first pair and then the second pair d pair also arrived damaged. Both of these sunglasses arrived with crooked ear pieces. To check this, I laid them on a flat table and both were uneven. I exchanged the first pair and had the same issue with the the second. Very frustrating to keep having to send these back and receive damaged sunglasses

I love these glasses but they are too loose on my face. They are very big. I do not know if my pair arrived defective but they do not seem right. I can usually put glasses on my head if I am not wearing them. These I cannot. They fall right off my head.

Horrible cheap flimsy plastic like gas station glasses. Arms were crooked on both pairs. Nothing like the glasses I’d purchased a few years back that lasted this long. Won’t buy from them again if this is the new standard of quality.

These are so wide they don’t even stay on my face. I got them for 20% off so they do not offer returns or exchanges, even though they were not cheap. Very disappointed :(
