Do you charge for updates? Updates are free. And there are no subscriptions. Does it work outside of the USA? Although our device/app works on most domestic, foreign, and Asian vehicles, it will NOT work outside of the United States and Canada. For Mexican residents, it’ll only work if you have a US imported vehicle. Our products are region-restricted as we follow North American OBD protocols. Will it work on my vehicle? Do you support FCA vehicles? Our products can diagnose all systems on FCA vehicles like Jeep or Chrysler manufactured in 2017 or earlier.
