Never tried nose strips before this (they work!). I track my sleep with a WHOOP and noticed a 10-20% improvement in my sleep when I used them. More testing to come in combination with mouth tape (and sleep mask)!

I have used several tapes and they have all been a dud. They either fall off in the middle of the night, or never hold correct from the start. Blue light blocking, and mouth taping all for the greater good. These work, but I yawn a lot! So they are annoying. I’m trying to convince myself this working and good for me. My teeth seem more white, I would have given a 5 ⭐ but I'm still snoring out of my nose. I feel like I'm breathing more freely from my nose though. I was scared to give this product a try but I'm glad I did. I seem to be sleeping much better.

I’m about 10 days in and it is no big deal to wear. I use a mouth guard to prevent grinding, and now this to prevent snoring. I still turn a bit, but I do seem to be sleeping deeper, and my wife is definitely happy to have the snoring gone. It works, it’s legit. I recommend anyone have the guts to try it!

I tried a 1 month supply. I was sold after 4 days. I have 3 strips to my brother in law and he loved them as well. For our birthdays I bought us the 1 year and it's so much better than anything we have tried before. Highly recommended. The only thing I hate is that they are made in China then distributed in the USA. Rather these strips cost more and made in the USA.

My son has been using Hostage tape for about 4 months now while sleeping.
