I have recently been experimenting with CrossFit Shoes, having previously been a fan of the Nike Metcon, then switched to the NanoX5. The Outwork is definitely among the best of the CrossFit shoes. These have a bit of a wider toe box and supportive overall which is great for lifting. The 4mm heel to toe drop also makes it very versatile for dynamic workout with big oly lifts into DU, BJ or other explosive movements. To top it off, the material is quite durable overall. Would definitely recommend.
Note: I am a size 10 in Metcons, NanoX5 and a Size 10 in the Outwork fit true to size.

Wearing a pair yesterday for a volunteer event ahead and inquiry. Let him know that I love the shoes and the flat soles are great for lifting. He acknowledged that the shoes also look great for just being out and about. I told him about how durable a previous pair were, where I accidentally hit them with the weed eater and nothing happened.
Such a fan that I now get two pair at a time to have a pair ready for work out and a pair ready for general wear.
