I had an old leather bag that had been neglected for years. The neatsfoot oil absorbed quickly and made the leather a lot softer again. The leather feels good, it looks the same as it did before after a few hours however, he leather seemed a lot more subtle and softer. I'm interested to see how this product works long term. We'll see.

I bought this specifically because of the warning that it tends to darken leather because I wanted to make shoes a darker shade of brown and it worked. I did two rounds of neatsfoot oil and they are darker than they were before and soooo soft. Love it!

Able fly reels have a cork disc drag. They suggest neatsfoot oil on there cork drag. It is good. Thank you

Angelus is the absolute best leather treating oil on the market. I use it for holsters, jackets, vests, gloves, and every other leather item I own. It both performs and smells much better than any other Neatsfoot oil out there.
