SIZE UP!!!! 148lbs 5’4 and I normally wear a med. However I read the reviews & ordered a large. I got 3 colors black, blue & plum. My blue one is a long sleeve and I ordered all 3 together for short sleeve. Anyways that’s not the point lol it’s worth the buy! I just did full body and intense cardio to test it out and the shirt stayed in place it didn’t roll up and the leggings didn’t roll down.
