I have used melotonin on and off to help me get to sleep, but it either doesn't work or I feel groggy the next day. I love how this sleep aid doesn't mess with how I feel the next day.

I waited a few weeks to review because I've struggled with insomnia most of my life and wanted to give these pills a chance to work. I have been on multiple prescription medications for sleep over the past year, and haven't like the groggy side effects, so I tried the knockout sleep support. Admittedly I was nervous because I have slept so poorly in the past, and I don't function well without sleep. I was delighted that these actually worked!! I've been taking them for a few weeks now and they truly help me get to sleep, stay asleep, and I don't feel groggy when I wake up. I was prepared for them to not help my sleep at all, but they've helped so much that I don't even take my prescription sleeping meds anymore. Very grateful for this product.

I already take quite a few natural supplements to help me sleep. I was looking for Valerian root to try. I love that this has multiple supplements in one and I don’t have to take so many separate ones. I think it has really made a difference in my sleep. Just started a subsribe and save!

My sleep quality has improved with this supplement, even though I was taking melatonin before. I don’t think I’m falling asleep any faster, but I tend to fall back asleep more easily if I get up in the middle of the night and have fewer interruptions in my sleep. It’s really working for me!

This supplement works a little too well? When I take this, my brain gets really hazy, almost like a soft headache, and it takes me longer than my regular melatonin to fall asleep. My dreams are insanely vivid and really intense. This works as it puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep, but only using it sparingly rather than an everyday sleep aid.

I have had such trouble not necessarily falling asleep, but staying asleep. I have tried many products to help with this, but wanted it to not be a grocery store type remedy. I love this product! I sleep soundly and don't wake up groggy! I also feel the benefits of less stress during the day! Ordering more for sure!!

I've been really liking this sleep aid, I take it about 30 minutes before bed and have noticed that I feel more relaxed and actually sleep through the night!

I feel like these help calm my mind before going to bed. I also feel like they help me stay asleep longer at night. It’s hard to say as there are lots of different factors that can affect sleep, but I’m hoping the more I use them the more effective they will be.

It wasn’t a complete match for me. My issue was inability to stay asleep, waking in the middle of the night. It didn’t quite help me with that. I still have this product, and I might give it another try at some point. I would still recommend it to others, specially those who have a hard time falling asleep or turning off their brain in the evening. Everyone’s body is different, and it may help you. As always, I appreciate the third party lab testing!

Restful sleep without feeling medicated. I take one every evening. I took two once and was super sleepy and relaxed. I love these.
