As someone who's suffered with PCOS, this has done wonders with regulating my cycles, but my husband and I are now approaching a year in TTC (we've been taking Regulate and Conception since the start of our journey) and are still not pregnant. If not for the fact that this helps regulate my cycles, I don't know if I'd still be using it. Hope anyone who uses this has better luck than I've had thus far!

I started taking the Regulate vitamins a week ago, got a period after a week of use (I hadn’t had a period for 3 months). I was diagnosed with PCOS and these have great ingredients used for treatment. Not actively trying to get pregnant but will keep everyone updated the next few months.

I started to regulate my menstrual this Monday. I started my first dose. Today is Wednesday and I already started my cycle. Mind you I haven’t had a menstrual in over 6 months.
