I love plant people products. Wondercalm gummies saved my anxiety and is what I tried first. I decided to try these Wonderday gummies because they were the most popular, but I can’t find out if you can take wonderday and wondercalm at the same time, and I’ve been trying to contact customer support for a month with no avail. So my wondercalm gummies have just been sitting here and I’ve had to cancel my subscription because I don’t know if I can take both. And apparently with subscription you have “priority customer service” but if this is priority I don’t even wanna know regular. Would love to know if I can and I think this would be an important question to have in the FAQ… Anyway, I’ve at least been taking these wonderday gummies and noticed a positive difference. I have BAD TMJ/teeth grinding/clenching at night and I have been struggling with debilitating ear pain and pressure all due to it. Ive been eating the same soft things for two months now and can’t talk half the time. I didn’t buy these for that, but it’s somehow helping. I’ve been able to talk much more and eat much more. I guess it’s helping the inflammation? It’s been the only thing to help so I’m happy! I notice I’m sleeping better and I stay asleep thru the night. I think my mood is somewhat improved, but I still really struggle with anxiety, which is why I took the wondercalm gummies, and would like to continue taking them alongside wonderday if I can… PLEASE LET ME KNOW SOMEONE! *cries in anxiety* Really need to know.

The first week I did notice a difference in my energy level. It was good for the entire day. After about a week, my energy level only seemed to be higher right after I took them, but then dissipates dramatically after about 2 hours. Then it’s nap time. No difference in my skin. With my mind, I do seem a little less all over the place.

These seem to help more than the sleep ones for nighttime. But again it is most difficult to adjust to non-prescription. Again really had no choice because of lack of good professional overall healthcare here in Tennessee. They have a deficiency in all levels of any mental health providers and it is quite substandard. They have a good taste and help improve my moods.
