Sore muscles are a pain. Luckily there's a great balm like this that helps relieve that pain. It's easy to apply and has a subtle menthol scent. Kinda like your chewing spearmint gum. It's NOT your dad's I*yHot odor! I'll actually apply this stuff and head to work knowing I won't smell like a medicine cabinet. It works great, goes on easy, and smells good. Definitely a mainstay on my countertop!

Suffering from arthritis and still do a lot of stationary bike exercise I apply the balm prior to my workout and after showering I apply again! It does the job! It has that odor that you know what you have applied but it has that effect that you know that it is working on those aches and pains! I was gifted my first bottle of Arnica in my Parkinson’s champions care package for running the Big Sur marathon. After trying it a couple times I was obsessed!
