The product is beautiful, colors stunning. Just not sure how to apply correctly. First time I tried, it didn't stay on my eyelids very well, so I'm not sure if I need to use a certain kind of primer or application style. I tried what was suggested online and in the instructions by using a flat brush, but I'm not sure that it worked that well. I think I need to just practice a little more, but I do really like the product.

I used the flakes on their own on top of concealer because my lids get very oily and I was shown that if I put concealer on first then that would slow down the oil. I used a q-tip to get the flake out of the container because it was so small and then I used my finger to spread the flakes on my lids. I was just going to use them like a liner but that wasn't going to happen because the sparkle started to go everywhere on my lids, so I ended up using them like a shadow. The flakes are not as dark as I thought they were going to be and for some reason they stayed on longer on my left lid than the right even though I put the same amount on both lids & used a setting spray on top. They were very easy to take off with micro cleanser, but did leave sparkles all over my face. I don't think there's going to be very many more applications left in that small container because after I tapped my q-tip in for both lids there was a big chunk already gone, so I don't think it was worth the $20 something.

The packaging is small, and you need to have dry hands to open the cap. Sing that the small packaging is an overall factor you will need a tool to get at the flakes with any precision. The flakes themselves are very prominent and really put on a great show. It’s definitely a bold look.

I assume they changed the formula slightly as the green is less prominent than in past orders… I’ve been using the product for quite some time and this order of LazarBeam as well as a moonlight that I picked up recently don’t seem to be as heavy in their base color, but I still love the product
