Had high hopes, but they were dashed. Very flimsy material, but main problem is regular load Brad from grocery store doesn't toast even. Bread doesn't go down far enough so bottom over toasts and top barely gets rotated. Use setting 3. Pictures are of wheat bread. Not recommended.

Came in early. Delivered to my door, was not wrapped up, definitely disappointed in that. Can’t just send items without it being wrapped. Outside of that, item works fine, and is fairly large for the price.

Just used it for the first time today. Bread came out toasted well. Toaster is sleek and does not take up too much space on my counter and looks good with the other stainless steel appliances.

This toaster is so worth the peace of mind it gave my family. GREAT quality. Not flimsy, not cheap. It is compact and fits better that our old broken one. I would definitely purchase again. The 4 slice toaster has been in my kitchen being used almost daily & it's performance is so worth the price.
