I like the Muddy Mat but I bought 12 and only re dived 8. I called customer service and was told that I needed to take photos and proof it. I did take the photos - including of their own packing showing the SKU that clearly states 8 pieces. I sent the e-mail and no response.

I really like the way that they track dirt and sand from our dogs paws and our shoes. With the darker color there seems to be scattered thin places where the yarn covers less. I have two sets of stairs covered and I really like these rugs!

I got these to help my senior dog stop slipping on the stairs and they have been amazing. My cats also love to sleep on them. I have a rug from this brand as well and will purchase more in the future.

So far so good. I have not had them long and tested how long they hold up with the washes (following instructions). They are soft and I love how they feel on my feet on my stairs. The best part is my upstairs floors do feel cleaner with these getting dirt of my dogs feet :)
