High quality book. I always worry about the pages being thin when ordering online, but these are nice and thick with beautiful colors. The end pages are especially adorable. The binding itself is solid and the story is in a cute rhyming style. Love it for my kids.

This book is so wonderful! As someone who volunteers with guiding eyes for the blind this was a very good representation of what guide dogs go thru! It made me tear up and my daughter loved it! The illustrations are spectacular! We already bought 3 more books by Paul!

We just got our book today and I read it with my 2 and 4 year old who loved it! I have been watching Paul & Matthew’s videos for quite awhile with Mr. Maple but tonight started showing them to my kids! They also really enjoyed trying to find the hidden maple leaves on each page!

SOBBING 😭 I absolutely loved reading this book, learning Mr. Maple’s story and beholding the stunning artwork! This will be my favorite book of mine for a long time to come as I love animals (especially dogs, and even more so labs) very much! As a WA resident myself and an annual visitor of Seattle I hope to meet Paul, Matthew and especially Mr. Maple one day! Ps my favorite page is the irl pictures of Mr. Maple and his siblings and their chosen careers ❤️🐶

Such an adorable story and the kids at the daycare I work at love it! They are always asking me to read about Mr. Maple. They also love seeing the pictures at the end of all the other dogs and some of the kiddos even remember the other dogs’ names 🥰

This book is phenomenal! It taught me so much about the guide dog journey, is high quality in its finishes, and hits just right for an age appropriate book, that even though I'm in my 40s, my mom and I immediately assumed story time behavior and she read it to me as soon as I received it. 13/10
