Very bad picture but I absolutely love the septum and it opens and closes very gentle unlike my other clickers which i love! Also your guy’s packaging hits every time! Will be looking forward to buying more items!

The greyscale photo compares a regular 8mm septum (top) with the HJ 10mm septum (bottom). I bought this one because I originally bought it in 8mm (colour photo, top) but it was way too tight due to the moth being really big. Basically, the 8mm moth fits like a 6mm, and the 10mm fits like an 8mm. I already own other 8mm septum rings from HJ and they fit fine because the design is either much smaller, or a dangling type (like the spiky heart one). The five stars are mainly for the quality. HJ is not a body piercing brand so I don’t expect perfection. But hopefully next time they will consider the size of the design and how much room it will take up.

Both septums in the photo are 8mm and when they designed this, I don’t think they took into account how much space the moth would take. I’ll save this for my daith or rook, and reorder the 10mm one. The quality and design itself is gorgeous. I just wish it fit better.

The piece was genuinely cute & feels like good quality. Unfortunately the jewelry was too bulky and a bit too small (that’s on me though for being unsure on the sizing). As cute as it is, I won’t be wearing it.

The first day I wore it, I was flooded with compliments and people asking where it came from. (I also got a few “have you always had your nose pierced?”) I love it! For the first day or so, the part where it closed would feel shard when it touched me, but it’s been perfect ever since.
