I was pleasantly surprised! It blends very well and is buildable, if you want, but not really necessary. I use it as my foundation. My skin is more “mature,” and it doesn’t settle in to fine lines. It gives a dewy, natural glow. Not “heavy” at all. You could use under your foundation, or not. I will definitely buy again.

I'm 68 and as an older woman I am really impressed with this foundation!! Goes on so lightly covers all the age spots and doesn't crease in the lines. Looks like your not even wearing makeup!!! I don't know how it works, just know it works great.
